Kerry Jackson is simply the best. We had been in the market for some time, looking for the ideal home to upgrade to. We found the home we were looking for finally and it was $500,000 over our budget. Kerry always kept our expectations in good check, worked with the selling agent for more than 6 months, in trying to negotiate a deal. In the end, we got the house of our dreams below what we wanted to spend. As if this wasn't enough, the day after we got the keys to the new house, Kerry had our old house in escrow to a private buyer. We closed escrow in our old house exactly 28 days after getting the keys to our new house. Zero double mortgage payments, which was a concern to me. Simple said, Kerry is amazing, best in the business. She very capable, professional, understanding of your needs and very realistic.
